Who We Are
Where We Came From
The Belinda Grace Group was founded by Belinda Grace Bambrick, a dynamic female entrepreneur. Belinda began working in her family’s property business at a young age before moving from Ireland to Australia at 20, where she consulted on construction projects across the country and surrounding islands.
Having then pursued a master’s degree in quantity surveying, Belinda became an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is currently working towards completing her Chartership. Whilst studying, Belinda worked as a consultant in London including the UK’s largest asset owner, taking on the role of lead commercial manager and managing diverse portfolios of projects worth up to £1.5bn, simultaneously.
Where We Are
After the pandemic, Belinda returned home to assist in re-establishing her family’s property and hospitality businesses. It was during this time that she realised her lifelong passion for property aligned perfectly with her education and global experience, over the past decade. This realisation led to the vision for the Belinda Grace Group, a group of property companies providing a full scope of services including consulting, design and build, investment, and sales. The current focus of the group is on Belinda Grace Consulting and Belinda Grace Living, offering a comprehensive range of project services and investments for private clients, contractors, and the hotel and leisure industry. And Belinda Grace Homes, specialising in refurbishments, extensions, and new builds for the Group’s portfolio and private clients. Having been raised by a mother who excels in the realm of exquisite interior design, Belinda believed it was only natural to involve her mother in leading the in-house interior design team.
Where We re Going
Currently, Belinda divides her time between overseeing the growth of the Belinda Grace Group in the UK and consulting in the Algarve’s Golden Triangle. To elevate Belinda Grace Homes to an international property development level, Belinda chose to gain hands-on experience by working alongside industry-leading Project Managers and Engineers in developing bespoke and luxurious smart homes.
With the completion of her chartership and the continuous growth of the Group, Belinda Grace Estates will be established to handle all acquisitions in-house.
